 About Our Society

The Three Corners Health Services Society (TCHSS) was established in March 2000 by the Canoe Creek, Soda Creek and Williams Lake First Nations. In 1997, the three member First Nations signed a funding agreement with Medical Services Branch, Pacific West Region, and Health Canada to begin a process of research, planning and development in support of the goal of transferring responsibility for the delivery of community health services from the federal government to the Society.

The three member First Nations of the TCHSS are members of the Northern Shuswap Tribal Council and have a combined on-reserve population of approximately 800 members. Canoe Creek Band includes the community of Dog Creek and Soda Creek Band includes the community of Deep Creek.

SUMMER SPLASH 2008 - Thursday, August 14, 2008

 

                      

Three Corners Health Services Society is hosting it's annual Summer Splash Events in Sugar Cane on August 28, 2008. 

During this event we will be having the Rez Idols Secwepemc Talent Search, where community members from Sugar Cane, Canoe Creek, Soda Creek and Alkali Lake have the opportunity to display their talents for a chance to win a grand prize of $1000!  Talents range from dumming, dancing, guitar playing, rap, singing, juggling, comedy, story telling, bands, air guitar, or whatever you can think of!

Auditions will be held:
August 19 - Dog Creek
August 20 - Soda Creek
August 21 - Sugar Cane
